Profile wrapping is the art of applying a wide range of decorative materials (real wood veneer, paper, vinyl, foil & laminates) to the outside of any uniform lineal shape. Unlike panel laminating, profile laminating allows the wrapping of very intricate shapes with curves and angles.
Profile Wrapping Veneer is a real wood veneer finger jointed in endless rolls with a flexible fleece backing. The veneer is carefully classified to achieve the highest quality in continuous veneer rolls, or fixed lenght strips for profile wrapping. It is perfectly executed for technically challenging profiles in the door and window industry.
The wrapping veneer can be chosen from an infinite variety of veneers including natural, exotic or dyed. Thicker veneer material can be applied to flat surfaces, while the more flexible, thinner veneer wraps can be moulded around the profile of an intricate moulding, adjusting smoothly to its contours.
